Heat treatment equipment manufacturing has a turnaround

During the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period, due to the financial constraints of state-owned enterprises, the heat treatment equipment update climax has not yet risen, and due to the entry of foreign-funded enterprises, competition in the domestic heat treatment equipment market has become fierce, leaving many technologically backward and poorly managed enterprises on the verge of bankruptcy. Since the “10th Five-Year Plan”, the emergence of a large number of private enterprises has greatly increased the demand for equipment. Even low-level equipment has been sold unimpeded, saving a number of electric furnace manufacturers. The entry of foreign-funded enterprises and the high-tech starting point of users have also enabled many equipment manufacturers to make great efforts to improve their products and win users. It is worth mentioning that many equipment manufacturing companies adopt high-quality accessories and meters in response to user requirements, and many of them are international famous brand products, which have significantly improved the reliability of domestic equipment, which has created a good for the technical transformation and equipment renewal of heat treatment processing enterprises. condition.

(3) Progress of heat treatment standardization

Before the implementation of the reform and opening policy, the foundation of heat treatment standards was very weak. Before 1980, there were only 12 steel metallurgical quality standards in the national standard and the metallurgical standard (YB), and only 8 heat treatment standards in the machine standard (JB), and most of them were product quality inspection standards. Since the reform and opening up, especially after the proposal of equivalent adoption of international standards, a new situation has emerged in standard work including heat treatment standards. The standardization agencies of various government departments have designated personnel responsible for heat treatment standardization. In the proposed heat treatment standard system table, the plan for formulating and revising 94 national standards and ministry standards is listed. During 1981-1985, a total of 21 standard formulation and revision tasks were completed. In order to implement cross-departmental and cross-regional industry management for standardization work, and to mobilize a wider range of forces to realize the modernization of standards as soon as possible, the National Bureau of Standards (now the National Bureau of Technical Supervision, Quality, Inspection and Quarantine) decided in 1985 to establish a national Standardization Technical Committee. In March 1986, under the auspices of the National Standards Bureau, the first cross-industry and cross-departmental heat treatment standardization technical committee composed of 30 committee members and consultants was established. The secretariat is located in Beijing Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Ministry of Machinery Industry. The second committee was re-elected in 1991. Re-elected as the 3rd and 4th committees in 1997 and 2001. The main tasks of the committee are: to propose guidelines and policy recommendations for the industry’s standardization work to the national authorities, formulate the industry standard system table, propose long-term plans and annual work plans, organize the formulation and revision of the industry’s standard projects, and review the industry’s national standards And the draft of the industry standard, and technically check, responsible for the publicity and implementation of the standard, interpretation, consultation, and suggestion of rewards for standard results.

After nearly 20 years of hard work, 76 national and industrial standards have been formulated and revised. Most of the contents are heat treatment general technical standards and process standards, excluding product quality standards, most of which are national heat treatment general technical standards. In domestic and international trade negotiations, the organization and performance of metal materials after heat treatment have an ability The recognized criteria for quality and the quality inspection methods of products also have a common criterion. The newly formulated heat treatment process standards can be used to strictly control production conditions (equipment and instrument accuracy, reliability and maintenance, temperature, furnace gas, heating and cooling media, etc.), and are effective measures to achieve overall quality management of heat treatment production.

In recent years, the National Thermal Standards Committee organized and carried out the inspection and acceptance activities for heat treatment specifically for factories, which increased the enthusiasm of enterprises to implement heat treatment standards, improved the production management and quality management of the enterprises, and improved the reputation, benefits and core competition of the enterprises. ability.
