Fourslide Multi-Slides Parts

Custom Precision Metal Clip Fourslide Multi-Slides Parts

The fourslide and multi-slide process is an advanced metal forming process. Its principle is based on the cooperative motion of multiple slides to realize the machining of metal parts with complex shapes.

In a four-slide multi-slide device, there are usually four main slides, each of which can perform independent rectilinear motion along a specific direction. By accurately controlling the motion trajectory, speed and stroke of these slides, multiple different forming operations can be performed simultaneously in the same mold.
Specifically, the mold is mounted on the equipment during operation and the sheet metal or strip is placed in the mold. As the slide moves, they exert pressure on the metal material, causing it to plastically deform.

The key to this process is the synergy and precision of the slide motion. By ingenious design and programming, the slider can move in a predetermined sequence and parameters, thus gradually forming the metal material into the required shape. For example, one slider may be pre-bent first, then another slider may be further bent or stretched, and then punching, trimming and other operations can be completed through the action of other sliders.

The advantage of four-slide and multi-slide process is that it can complete multiple processes at one time on one equipment, reduce the handling and relocation of intermediate links, and improve the production efficiency and product accuracy. Meanwhile, due to the coordination of multiple sliding blocks, metal parts with complex shapes and high-precision requirements can be manufactured, which are widely used in the production of precision parts in electronic, automobile, aerospace and other fields.

In the production of a metal part with bending, punching and crimping, the four slides can be responsible for different processes, processing the metal materials in turn, and finally obtaining the finished parts in one time.

The production of precision metal clamps using the four-slider, multi-slider process offers the following advantages:

High-precision manufacturing: Extremely accurate size and shape control can be realized to ensure the accuracy of metal clamp meets strict requirements.

Complex Form Finish: Easily handles complex geometries, providing more possibilities for clamp design.

Efficient mass production: Suitable for large-scale production, it can quickly and stably produce a large number of precision metal clamps of the same specification.

High-quality surface treatment: good surface finish can be achieved in the production process at the same time, and the subsequent processing procedures can be reduced.

Wide adaptability of materials: applicable to various metal materials, including metals with high strength and special performance.
